    She was either very confident, optimistic, a great problem solver, VERY GENEROUS (to a fault sometimes) and could allow you your own thoughts and feelings (not that they always mattered very much to her because she was so up). Or she was very pessimistic, full of doom and gloom, unable to see or want to hear suggestions to resolve the problem at hand. She thought she knew how everyone felt and what they thought about everything. ( She often offended and/or angered people by saying "I know you think" bla-bla-bla" or "I know you feel "bla-bla-bla". a real conversation stopper when someone argues with you about what you think or feel.
